Chinese ‘polar bear hotel’ opens to total bookings, criticism

(CNN) — A resort that payments itself as the world’s 1st “polar bear hotel” has opened in China‘s significantly northeastern Heilongjiang province, drawing both of those company and criticism for its central attribute: are living polar bears.

The Polar Bear Hotel, section of the Harbin Polarland theme park in Heilongjiang’s capital and premier city, Harbin, opened its doorways on Friday with the assure of round-the-clock polar bear viewing from all 21 visitor rooms.
