New Hotel Coming to Downtown Coral Springs
CORAL SPRINGS, FL – A new lodge is coming to downtown Coral Springs as part of the new redevelopment job at the southwest corner of College Travel and Sample Road.
Town redevelopment officers verified that the developer (Predesco Home Investments) of the prepared industrial, household, and leisure intricate, known as Cornerstone, has signed a contract with a lodge.
The title of the lodge hasn’t been disclosed.
The announcement about the resort was designed at last month’s Coral Springs Local community Redevelopment Agency meeting.
It is the latest verified occupant for Cornerstone which is predicted to start out heading up later this calendar year in the place now occupied by the Coral Springs Money Plaza creating. The plaza is envisioned to be demolished, piece by piece, in the coming weeks.
